Normal - Bones are left on

Cradled - Bones are cut off, tied back on, so you can cut the strings and the rib plate comes off and the roast is easily sliced.

Product Details

Valley is known for its premium meat. This is no exception. These roasts take the cake in decadence. Aged a minimum of 21 days.

Custom sizing and pricing can be done. Call the shop to order larger sizes if needed.

Rule of thumb for bone IN meat: 3/4lb per serving.
